To reduce the financial problems of farmers during cultivation and achieve higher production, every farmer family will get Rs. 13,500 Investment Assistance Total investment assistance over five years is Rs.67,500/-.
Eligibility :
1. Identification of farmers irrespective of land size based on web land data.
2. R.O.F.R and D - Farmer families cultivating patta lands (as recorded in relevant records).
3. Farmers cultivating land acquired without compensation SC, ST, BC, minority landless cultivators, agricultural, horticultural and sericulture crops at least one acre, flowers and fodder crops at least 0.3 acre or betel nut at least 3.5 acre are eligible.
4. If a land owner has more than one tenant farmer, first preference will be given to the tenant farmer belonging to the Scheduled Tribe. Next in order of priority will be given to Scheduled Caste, Backward and Minority Class if any.
5. In tribal areas only tribal cultivators are identified based on tribal laws.
6. A contract of tenancy between a tenant farmer and a landless cultivator in the same village is void.
7. Cultivators who are cultivating Dewadaya lands based on the records of Dewadaya Department are eligible to get the benefit.
8. Even if there are unmarried government employees or income tax payers in the farmer's family, the concerned farmer is eligible for YSR Rythu Bharosa if he is not in the exempt category.
Application procedure for those who are not named in the list :
▪️Eligible landholding farmers will be identified on the basis of the passbook of the graduate.
▪️Landless cultivators are identified on the basis of Cultivator's Right Document.
▪️For other details one should contact Rythu Bharosa Kendras but village/ward secretariat. It will be given a YSR (Your Service Request) number.
