YSR Arogya Shree Eligibilities
Eligibility :
▪️Rice Card, Pension Card, Jagananna Vidya Divena and Jagananna Those who are eligible for accommodation blessing schemes are eligible for this scheme.
▪️Those having magani land 12 acres or metta/meraka land 35 acres or combined metta and magani less than 35 acres are eligible.
▪️Those with annual family income of 5 lakhs or less are eligible.
▪️Any employee other than permanent government employee/pensioner, whether in government or private, contract, contract employees, part-time employees, sanitary workers, salaried employees and any other employee having annual income below 5 lakhs are eligible.
▪️Municipal property tax payers for area up to 3000 Sq.Ft (334 Sq. Yds) are eligible for this scheme.
▪️A family/household should not have more than one personal car.
Procedure for those not named in the list :
🔅 Eligible candidates should submit Aadhaar Card of all family members, Property Tax Proof, Copy of Pattadar Pass book, Salary certificate of self and family members (if any), vehicle and property details, photo of family along with either in person at Village/ Ward Secretariats or Can apply either through village/ward volunteers.
🔅 Eligible applicants will be given a YSR (Your Service Request) number.
🔅 Eligible applicant within 20 days of application Dr.Y.S.R. Arogya Shri Card is given by volunteers.
