1. Beneficiaries in rural and urban areas must belong to below poverty line category. should be

2. Beneficiary should not have own house/household anywhere in Andhra Pradesh State.

3. Beneficiary should not have benefited from any housing schemes sanctioned by Central / State Governments in the past.

4. Magani 3 acres or Metta 10 acres for the whole family or Magani and Metta combined should be less than 10 acres.

Who are not named in the list :

▪️Eligible applicants can apply directly at Village/Ward Secretariats or through Village/Ward Volunteers by attaching their Aadhaar Card and copy of Land Ownership Adangal.

▪️Eligible applicants will be given a YSR (Your Service Request) number.

▪️A house plot will be allotted to the eligible applicant within 90 days of application.
